Why I Started Project Pan

Before I began, I had so many products—15 moisturizers alone! The goal of Project Pan isn’t just to finish what you have. It’s about evaluating what works, letting go of what doesn’t, and creating a minimalist routine that feels manageable and joyful.

For me, this isn’t just about skincare—it’s part of a bigger mission to simplify routines, reduce clutter, and make daily life less overwhelming, which is exactly what my program helps women do.
